You can initiate a return for new and unopened items within 3 days of delivery receipt. Item(s) must be returned in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned item(s) at our processing facility within 10 days of delivery. If the return is a result of a defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise.
Defective Product
Defective items: Items damaged at the time of receipt. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue you a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
